 Foods on a trek, foods are available in every tea house and you do not have to carry by yourself, foods in the Everest region is the kind of very convenient but rather expect a less quantity and certain items of meals instead of massive. The drinking water is easy to buy in this area, everywhere you can buy the bottle of water and as an alternative, the hotel also offers the hot waters at a higher elevation area at the best offer that ost cheaper than regular bottles of water.

The hotel accommodations are of course available but trust me the hotel is very basic as we called Tea houses where you will have a private room with basic meals, blankets, normal toilets, and cozy dining halls.
